What You Can Expect to Receive
The Official Louis XVI Envelope
Enclosed within the Official Louis XVI Envelope, you'll discover a special congratulatory message acknowledging your purchase, along with a Certificate of Authenticity, with an official stamp printed on it.
Both pieces displayed below are made from ‘parchment paper’. This is the same type of paper that you would typically see your exam results printed on.

The Louis XVI Watch Case
Inside the Louis XVI Watch Case, you'll discover the watch itself, along with a 5-year warranty card. This card will have your personal customer number, serial number, and watch model printed on the back.
The watch case is crafted with genuine leather, a detail that I found particularly appealing. This choice of material not only adds a touch of sophistication but also enhances the overall luxurious feel of the overall package. Please bare in mind the pictures shown were taken during the creation of this review and are therefore subject to roughly 3 years of ware and tare.

Durability & Longevity
Measuring at a diameter of 43mm and a height of only 12mm, the Palais Royale maintains a sleek profile, suitable for most wrists. Crafted from durable 316L stainless steel. From my own personal experience, I can say that the watch offers decent reliability and longevity at least after a three year period.
Engravings
There are mixed opinions online about the engravings. Some people say they’ve gone down the “fashion watch” route but on the other hand, some people say it adds a “unique” and “one of a kind” feel to the design. I personally like the design, I think its a good balance between classy and flashy.
Diamonds
Although the diamonds are technically real diamonds, they are more of a marketing strategy. The diamonds inside the Palais Royale watch are a maximum of 0.02 carats which are relatively cheap to source. It seems to me that they might have chosen to use the most economical diamonds they could find to keep production costs low whilst still claiming to have real diamonds in the watch.
Is the Palais Royale 893 Collectable?
Yes and no. Louis XVI limit each model to 1000 pieces which at face value seems brilliant. However, they release so many different versions of the same design to the point where the production limit loses its significance.
